Today is a super great day!
Some semi-hard work, (i say that because lets face it, if i had've worked harder then it would'nt have taken two trys..) I have passed national exams and am now a certified EMT! (emergency medical techinician) YAY me...
Honestly, I am super jazzed about the whole thing. Scared to death and anxious to learn lots. I know enough to make me stupid but thankfully know enough also to make me aware of my stupidity! Personally, i think that is a good thing.
I love EMS...I love my employer and all the people i work with! I went into this field on a fluke and loved it. I am not sure i would love it though working anywhere else. Hopefully, I wont have to worry about that for awhile though becuase i am just happy to be with the company that I love! Working in EMS even for the patients who consider us (glorified taxi drivers) is the greatest achievment of my life. To me its more than a job, its a way of life.
Pray for me, tomorrow I get to drive an ambulance!!!
Wait, wait, wait...pray for ME tomorrow because I will be riding with you!!!
ReplyDeleteo you know you loved it...even the few times i almost sent you threw the windshield. haha...i was too tired at that point. lol...we had a blast and all i can say is poooor pooooor John!!! ahaha
